High Risk Businesses

Most merchants meet our auto approval guidelines and can usually have service transferred within several business days.

Auto Approval Level One Retail Merchants.
Monthly volume $200k or less per month and average ticket $300 or less. Swipe 90% of credit cards in a terminal. *Bankruptcies must be discharged a minimum of 6 months and cannot be on V/MC TMF file or put any false or fictitious information on the application. Business checking account at your bank required with your business name pre-printed on the checks. This is required for all merchant accounts.
If you do not meet these guidelines you can still be approved. We would need any one of the following:

Current processing statements
Business financials most recent fiscal yr.
2 yrs business tax returns
Personal financial statement
2 yrs personal tax returns

If you are on our high risk list, we may be able to place your account with one of our secondary banks that accepts high risk merchants. The following businesses are considered high risk.

Adult entertainment
Adult materials/toys
Auto dealers (used cars)
Airports
Bankruptcy Attorneys
Business opportunity
Buying and shopping club
Carpeting (custom)
Casinos/Lotteries/Gambling
Check cashing services
Collection agencies and debt collection services
Companies with a future service liability that is greater than one year. i.e. magazine subscriptions
*Future liability over 30 days up to 1 yr will require that you be in business for at least 2 yrs and be currently processing.
Well capitalized companies my be approved without the 2 yr requirement and current processing.

Credit restoration and/or repair services
Cruise lines
Direct outbound telemarketing
Dating services
Electronics - Tv's, Computers, Satellites etc.
Hair loss products
Investment opportunity
Membership businesses (longer than one year) * Future liability over 30 days up to 1 yr will require that you be in business for at least 2 yrs and be currently processing. Well capitalized companies my be approved without the 2 yr requirement and current processing.
